The importance of a CrossFit coach extends far beyond demonstrating movements – they are responsible for creating an environment where each individual feels safe, motivated, and empowered to achieve their personal fitness goals, no matter how big or small.Midcoast has been in the CrossFit space since 2010 and is extremely proud to boast some of the most experienced and inspirational coaches in the area.Among our coaching staff are; prior affiliate owners, power lifters, gymnasts, USA Weightlifting Certification carriers (USAW L1), CrossFit Level 2 carriers (CF-L2), and prior collegiate athletes...

CrossFit, our core competency, is a fitness program designed to help people of all backgrounds improve their strength, endurance, and overall health. It combines a variety of function movements – such as lifting, running, jumping, and more – that can be tailored to fit your unique abilities and goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, CrossFit provides a supportive community and dynamic workouts to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident, no matter your age or fitness level.

Mayhem Affiliate CrossFit programming is a comprehensive, high-quality training program designed specifically for CrossFit affiliates and their members. Mayhems programming is known for being well-structured, varied, and designed to be scalable for all fitness levels, making it perfect for a range of athletes.

CrossFit Endurance is specialized training approach designed to improve an athlete’s stamina, cardiovascular capacity, and overall endurance through high-intensity, functional training. It combines elements of traditional CrossFit with longer-duration, aerobic-focused workouts to build endurance without sacrificing strength or power.CrossFit Masters is specialized training regimen designed specifically for athletes aged 35 and older, tailored to meet the unique needs of the aging body while still providing the challenge and intensity that CrossFit is known for. CrossFit Masters focuses on maintaining and improving strength, mobility, endurance, and overall fitness, while being mindful of the increased risk of injury that can come with age. The key to this programming is adaptability – exercises and intensities are scaled to ensure that older athletes can participate safely and effectively, regardless of their experience level.
